UPDATE FOR JAN.19.2016 re: (Death occured October 2015)

Now Desjardins states that their delay is caused because they are waiting for a Dr.'s report they requested; well ...

they apparently are prepared to wait for an eternity to receive this report, (obviously their goal). Contacting the Dr.'s office reveals that the report has been made immediately following receipt of DESJARDINS' request and is ready to be send to DESJARDINS, once DESJARDINS responds to and pays - its invoice/bill to the physician for issuing their order for a report.

To date DESJARDINS has failed to PAY the physician's office.

Thus again, -Habitual FAILURE TO PAY.This company is a disgrace as it continually presents itself de facto as a NON-PAYING institution across the board.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. mummygrammy stated that there is a room for improvement of failure to pay out life insurance policy. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss problems with payment of desjardins life insurance and associated monetary loss in the amount of $700000. Desjardins needs to have the product delivered according to poster's claims.
